Marks a new and important chapter in Ducati's history, a "symphony" of performance and emotions that's 100% Italian. The eyewear collection mirrors the design and innovation that has gone into their motorbike engineering. Much like the suspension on a motorbike, the spring hinge rebound with compression controlled by a damper placed inside the temple arm. Lenses incorporate the clarity need to perform at high speed.

The Desmodromic valve control system, the steel tubular Trellis frame, the L-Twin engine and the unmistakable sound of the power unit - these are the distinguishing features that underline the uniqueness of the a Ducati.
The list of Ducati's bikes victories is proof of the value of their working philosophy; in the World Superbike Championship, Ducati has won 15 out of the last 18 Riders' titles and 16 manufactures titles, while in the 2007 MotoGP championship - less than four years after Ducati's debut in the series - Ducati's Desmosedici GP7 topped the world Riders and Manufacturers' rankings.
The story of the Ducati dream, which began in Bologna in 1926, is recounted at the Ducati Museum. Here the stories of legendary bikes and rides are told and a pure passion for performance and excellence permeates the air. A passion that travels fast, opening new roads and creating history.
The spirit of the 92-year-old Italian motorcycle manufacturer transcends the mechanical. Whether experiencing the ultimate in thrills on a Monster or supporting the works riders at Mugello for the MotorGP, the same red passion courses through the veins of Ducati's enthusiasts the world over. For the first time, the engineering prowess, soul and style of Ducati has been realised in performance optical and sunglass collections. Like a Panigale or a Hypermotard, the collections are a perfect mix of form and function suitable for both Ducati owners and fans. Each frame has been designed so that it can be worn underneath a crash helmet.

Brand Ambassador
Ducati's ambassador for Ducati Eyewear is Andrea Dovizioso, professional motorcycle racer in MotoGP World Championship for the Ducati Team. He has also designed his own "Ducati Signature Style" sunglasses.
Eyewear Spring Hinge
Ducti Spring Hinge, found throughout the optical and sunglasses ranges. Just as Ducati engineers constantly strive for incremental gains in performance, the newly designed hinges are an enhanced take on traditional eyewear functionality - with added motorcycle inspiration. Moving the springs to the outside of the temple provides extra force but retains high levels of comfort. Much like the suspension on a motorbike, the spring
rebound and compression is controlled by a damper that is place inside the temple. In use, both components move in sync, as if soaking up bumps on the open road.
