Any error in the prescription across the lens, deficiencies in the coating or blemishes that cannot be removed means the lens would need to go back in production and re-made. All prescription lenses are also rigorously checked at Eyekit before dispatch and any errors will mean that the lenses as sent back to the glazer for replacing. We have a zero tolerance for errors to ensure our customers receive prescription eyewear to the highest standards and we will not compromise on these standards even if it means delivering eyewear later than expected.
